TC: Form – Endless River, Section 1

Where it all begins

The beginning of the Endless River form, from Grandmaster Brian Jones’ Integrated Kun Tao Tai Chi Chuan system. Starting from the very beginning, moving through each posture and transition step by step, this course will teach you the basics upon which everything else is build.

Traditionally you start with the Form on the right side, and then when you have finished you start again from the beginning on the left side to do the mirrored version. The instructional videos (Tutorials) assume you are following this, so the right side videos are more in-depth compared to the left side videos (which are there to help you transition from right to left).
