The Intermediate Syllabus builds on the previous level by adding armed and unarmed controlling techniques, and transitioning to double sticks.

This Term
The current Term is: 4th December – 11th December
Grading will be: Monday 27th November – Monday 4th December

Grade 5: Disarms
Grade 6: Controls & Take Downs
Grade 7: Double Sticks

Grade 8 is a Revision Grade where you need to show all the material from the previous seven grades to a higher standard.
