By using this website, blog, e-mails, or any of our programs, services, or products, you implicitly signify your agreement to all parts of the below disclaimer.
Martial arts training is a potentially dangerous activity, which is why we always encourage training in an intelligent and health focussed way, to prevent injuries and enable us to continue training successfully. However, you should consult your GP before beginning if you are unsure as to your suitability for the training. Bumps, bruises, scrapes, scratches and soreness may occur, and most students will encounter this sort of minor injury from time to time in their training. More serious injuries are possible, including sprains, strains, twists, cramps, and injuries of similar magnitude and students can expect to encounter these injuries infrequently, if at all. The possibility of more serious injury, including dislocations and fractures, broken bones, and torn ligaments/tendons exists but is extremely rare.
By engaging with our courses and training materials, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Cambridge Kung Fu Ltd from any, and all, claims or causes of action, known or unknown.
