WC: Pressure Tests

The final part of a Revision Grade is the Pressure Test, which is a combination of padwork, Chi Sau, and free applications against unknown attacks.

Grade 4: 2 minutes
Grade 8: 4 minutes
Grade 12: 6 minutes

There are several different ways the pressure tests are structured. Sometimes they’re several 1 minute mixed rounds with a 10 second break, sometimes they’re separate rounds for pads/Chi Sau/free, sometimes it’s everything in one go. It can be against one person, or against several. It’s not always the same, and you won’t know until you do it.
