The Beginner Contact rotations focus on tactile / contact exercises. Defending a variety of grabs and punches should help you deal with more of the ‘what if’s that can come up when training the Lat Sau rotations. The Basic Chi Sau rotation aims to further develop this by removing the end point and just focusing on a variety of impulses that can come in when a bridge is made.
