Welcome to the home of our Tai Chi Chuan Zoom Classes.
We currently have one weekly class that is open to everyone, from complete beginner upwards. Each week we will be taking two-three movements from the Tai Chi form and working on them individually, breaking each one down and building it back up.
Each class will be uploaded here to enable you to redo it whenever you want, or to catch up if you miss a session.
Although we won’t be working on the complete sequence of the form itself, these classes will help you learn and develop the movements to a deeper level. You will be able to learn the form sequence elsewhere on FuTube courses or via 1:1/small group sessions with an Instructor (please let us know if you’re interested in this).
