Welcome to our Kids Workouts!
We have just updated this course and are now splitting our workouts into mild (suitable for Tigers), medium (suitable for Dragons) and spicy (suitable for Warriors), and have reorganised them into a different training structure.
If you feel like your child can do the exercises safely they can have a go at any of the levels. We highly encourage Dragons to also work on the mild workouts, and for the Warriors to try all the workouts.
You can do the workouts in the order they are set out, or pick and choose the level that you would like and do them on any day that you wish. You can also do more than one at a time to have a longer workout (or repeat the same one).
