Working on the foundation double stick sills of Escrima Concepts, following a detailed training plan split into 10 sessions, each lasting approximately 30 minutes. Move at your own pace, repeating activities and sessions until you feel ready to move on.
Each session is broken up into activities as follows:
– Joint Mobility (5mins)
– Warm up (5mins)
– Hitting Practice (5mins)
– Defending Practice (5mins)
– Unarmed Transition Practice (5mins)
– Cool Down (5mins)
