WC: Cham Kiu – Form

Student Grades 12 of our Wing Chun syllabus focus on the second Wing Chun form: Cham Kiu, which means ‘Sinking the Bridge’. It is a far more complex form than the Siu Nim Tao, requiring your arms and legs to all do different things simultaneously.
