Monkey Boxing / The Tappy Game

Known as ‘Monkey Boxing’ by some instructors, and ‘The Tappy Game’ by others, this a great, simple partner exercise you can do with anyone to get the blood pumping around the body.

This game builds up to quite an energetic exercise, so make sure you’ve done some Joint Mobility first to help get your body ready.

As well as being fun, this game also works on a lot of important ideas like targeting, range, simultaneous attack / defence, and much more.
